Shou Sugi Ban sushi serving board

This oak serving board is designed to present sushi, maki and sashimi with elegance. Its central recess provides a separate place for pickled ginger and wasabi. The contrast between the oak’s golden grain and the surfaces blackened using the Japanese Shou Sugi Ban technique gives the piece a graphic, contemporary character. A tung-oil finish protects the wood and emphasises its natural texture. Each board can be made to order and adapted to the desired dimensions.
